PULSCAN provides a full range of optical equipments, electronic test platforms, and software tools for testing semiconductor components, especially using lasers.
PULSCAN was founded in 2008 as a spin-off from the University of Bordeaux, the University of Grenoble and CNRS.
PULSCAN is supported by microelectronics research laboratories, IMS (Bordeaux, FR) and TIMA (Grenoble, FR), both internationally recognised for their contribution to the semiconductor industry. In particular, IMS has developed for more than 10 years lab solutions for test and analysis by pulsed Laser techniques.
PULSCAN core team is a group of highly talented individuals (coming from research and industry environment) with deep knowledge and long experience in failure analysis, radiation effects, safety evaluation, integrated optics, laser sources, industrial system integration, software design, embedded electronics...
